Mend Glow Worm Micron 40ff Boiler Heating Burner

My Glow Worm Micron 40ff boiler isn't working?

My Glow worm Micron 40ff boiler has stopped working. When I turn the hot water or heating on it makes a slight noise only. There are 2 lights on the front - one marked 'reset' and one marked 'burner on' - the rest light goes on and the burner light flashes. I have tried turning the whole boiler off and then on again but the same things happens. Any ideas on how to fix it?

these seem fragile and badly made boilers, check the fan is running. if not it will lock out each time like you are describing. if the fan wont run it is jammed or not getting power from the printed circuit board, a technicians job unless you know what you are doing
