Paragon Plus tamper reset/ flashing pannel lights?

Hi;
I had flooring put on, and in the process the alarm got activated, connections are in place with the door sensor, since then i can not activate the alarm, once i put it up, it would make an alarm up. Today it got activated again for some wire been pulled but not dsiconnected on carpet change upstairs. I reset the alram, but half of the panel with numbers is flashing exceone light (left corner).
Log report shows tamper sign, please advice gow to rest the temper and also how to solve the flashing light problem. System have got 2 lights display and day light on, but pannel lights are flashing.
