sensors no longer active on my citadel xr2 alarm system?

I unscrewed the kitchen sensor in the kitchen to paint the wall behind. After relocating it i now find that all the sensors are dead. The control panel still appears ok but the system will no linger arm. Any suggestions please? (All the wires in the sensor I unscrewed are all connected correctly)
