Mend 2010 Problem Sewing Machine

Problem with my 2010 sewing machine?

The machine sews but it does not catch the thread. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello Dawn,
You may need to retime the machine providing you have made sure the needle is in the correct way round, I can attatch instructions if you email me, type in my address as youi say it not as you see it because this site does not allow email addresses to be shown.
