Mend Wrong Drive Full

what is wrong????????????

my c drive is 30gb and saying full yet i have nothing in there that comes to anywhe near this amountof usuage please can anyone tell me why it says c drive is full when it clearly isnt?

Remember the operating system takes hard drive space as well.

go into the drive properties and select scandisk, run scandisk and then defrag the drive.

Try running an anti-virus scan and maybe remove some larger sized files (does the drive capacity then change?).
