Mend Noma 46" Mower Engine Pulley

How do I get the top pulley off my Noma 46" Ride-on mower?

The drive belt pulley off the engine broke and I was hoping you would tell me how to get it off.It is the one above the electic clutch.It is a 16hp B&S Vanguard engine.

If you can access the pulley without removing anything, then remove the nut and washer and use a pulley remover. They are sheap and will save you a lot of frustration
