Mend Troy-Bilt v-twin automatic Remove Engine Belt

How can I remove the pulley off of the engine to remove the drive belt?

We need to replace broken drive belt but can't figure out how to get the pulley off of the engine to get the belt off. Our mower is a TroyBilt v-twin automatic.
