onboard memory error?

thank you for the assistence, sadly tried that one. I only have two 256mb cards so catn try just one as winodws wont run.
Not sure if this is a memory problem or a registery problem.

First of all, having removed power an ground yourself (to eliminate static) try reseating the memory cards.

If that doesn't fix it removed the cards one at a time and see if the error goes away. If it does you have faulty memory card.
