I am having the same problem, and have been told that the Timer needs replacing; however, if it is only a matter of replacing a part on the Timer, then that would be good. Is there any chance you could give me details of what to look for, what to change, and where to buy the bits? I would be most grateful....

I had the same problem and had to change the Semiconductor on the PCB on top of the timer. It was an easy job and the part only cost £3. would you like me to walk you through it and give you the ID of the guy who sell the bits on ebay. Gilbert
