Mend Honda CBR125 Choke Idle Carb

cbr 125 choke idle?

if my plunger and sprig is missing on the carb end of my choke could that be the reason why it wnt idle and the revs go really high

I think Daniel you've ansewered your own question, anything missing off a carb is going to effect the starting, tickover & performance of the bike.
If the carb was stripped at some stage, I'm surprised that these parts were left out. I would also check that the air & idle screw settings are correct, regards Stephen.
