How can i change entrance/exit doors on alarm?

I have inherited a Veritas 8 compact alarm in the house i am renovating. i am blocking up the side (entrance/exit door) and wish to make the front door the entrance/exit door and wondered if the alarm can be reprogrammed rather than re route the wiring?
