Mend Mitsubishi WS-65613 Power Turn Work

How can I fix my Mitsubishi ws-65613 tv?

We got power outage yesterday.
My tv could not turn on after the power was back and we had reset from its reset button but it won't work and reset button light keeps blinking. We tried unplug and replug and it is still not working, either.
