Mend Kenmore 80 series Dryer Noise Drum

Kenmore 80 series dryer is noisey?

Just went to use the dryer and it makes such a loud racket you can't stand it more than a few seconds. The drum turns. I did find some nails,wire and pens in the vent line. I found part of a pen sticking in the holes inside the back of the drum. Any ideas ????
