how can i fix my VW transporter?

my VW transporter 2.4 diesel won't start when cold. I have replaced the glowplugs and the relay does anyone know what else i can do?

hi to all after all the time (8hrs) and money (£150) spent on parts all i had to do was replace the spill return pipes between the injectors cost me £4 for piping so easily done a child can do it! not very happy at the moment!
