Mend Vauxhall Vectra Cold Car

how can i fix my vectra?

in the mornings the glow plug light will come on breifly when cold, if the car is left all day, and as temps are quite warm glow plug light doesn't come on and wont start very well at all.checked glow plugs there fine. could it a pump or relay or injector?
