Mend Vokera Linea Boiler Heating Hot Water

no hot water, vokera linea?

hi, i have a vokera linea, c/h working ok, but no hot water, when heating is on, get small amount hot water briefly, then goes cold, when no heating being called for, boiler doesn't fire at all?
