after making a banging noise my washing machine drum doesnt move?
How do i fix my washing machine. It is a service 800 eco care and is 7 and a half years old. Whe spinnng it started to make a lot of noise then the drum stopped and it will no longer move.
A new motor for a washing machine will cost well over £100 with fitting costs perhaps the same. After 7½ years it might be time to bite the bullet and invest in a new machine. If you are in the UK and have access to a Comet store and order before 13:00 and they have it in stock at their depot they will deliver next day and remove the old machine too.
