Mend Ford Transit Engine Vehicle Problem

my transit blew out white smoke?

My transit blew out a load of white smoke then started to make a loud knocking noise. The smoke has stopped however the knocking continues. It has oil and water in it. What could it be?

i'm afraid it will probably have a cracked piston due to a faulty injector whicvh will cost a fortune to fix by the way reason i know i just done one not that long ago.

Piston failure maybe...ask a garage to do a compression test for you.
