How do I get rid of oil or grease specks from clothes after each spin?

Specks of grease or oil are on clothes after spin cycle has finished. Model of machine is Simpson Encore 703

i bet its rumbles on spin as well. sounds like the drum bearing water seal has gone allowing grease from the bearing housing into the wash.
