Mend Hoover AAA140-01 Machine Bearing Main

Noisy Hoover AAA140-01 washing machine drum bearing?

Hi
I have a problem with my Hoover AAA140-01 washing machine in that the main drum bearing is making a lot of noise on spin.
There is no movement in the bearing but on inspection there is a line of grease leaking from the bearing. Could anyone tell me if this is a complete strip down to replace or whether there is an easier way.

alan complete strip down and this is one of the bad ones the whole drum has to come out through the top of the machine
