Mend Main 24 HE He

MAIN 24 HE?

Re connected a mixer tap re tightening it and now problems with the boiler. Fires up and have central heating for 30 mins, 1 hr, 2 hrs working fine and then goes off. Have priority response but trying to avoid £130 call out as feel it is something and nothing. Can anybody please assist. Thanks
