how can i fix my tocco ultra?

my tocco ultra first the display would go funny every time i opened and shut it, but pressed a button and it was fine, then i had trouble with the on off button now it wont swicth on at all.

you might need a new key pad for the call and back buttons I have a tocco ultra and my is fine at the moment and I have had it for 4 months but when I slide it up the screen looks strange like its been water damaged but when its fully lit up you cant see it does yours do this?
