My opmtima 2 plus alarm shows a zone every time I open the entry/exit?

turns out that one of the kids has messed with the key pad and turned the chime on......

I replaced the door contact yet it still makes a bleep sound every time i open the door, as more ideas

I assume Ct 1 is your Front door?

If it has a magnetic contact fitted it has 'stuck', to prove the point give the contact in the door frame and then try the alarm, bet it works then.

Again if I'm correct in my assumption, it's time to replace that contact, if it doesn't work, replace it.
