AEG Lavamat L74640 part way through wash resets?

Hi,
My AEG washing machine starts ok, then part way through the wash resets itself and the time on the digital display goes back to the full time the wash would take.
Drum still has water in it and you have to turn off and back on again to drain.
Strange thing is that it washes fine on 40degree delicates program?
No error codes either?

Could be an insulation issue on either the motor or the heater but without testing it with meters it is hard to say!
