How can i fix my softner problem on a Beko WMW510W?

Hi,

When you next put a load in to wash, add the softener and put the machine on.

Listen out or check for it getting to the final rinse when the softener is taken through into the load, pull the drawer out and see if where the filling jets are in the roof of the drawer recess, check to ensure all are pouring water through, if not there is probably a blockage in some of the jets, try cleaning them with a narrow brush. Some jets may not work, it's dependant on the cycle phase.

If the problem persists call an engineer from Beko.

remove the draw and check water comes out of holes above.
