fisher and paykel washing machine load always off balance?

someone help please!!! i have a fisher & paykel aqua smart washing machine and no matter what kind of wash its on whenever it goes on spin cycle it spins for approx 1 min then stops and beeps at me telling me that the load is not balanced so i correct the balance then it restarts spin cycle from beginning then it stops going again after approx 4 mins with the same problem so i again fix the balance and again it restart spin cycle from beginning again. its taking me 3hrs to do a load that usually takes 40mins. ive tried calling fisher & paykel but i dont like being put on hold... please help

Has it always done this or just started recently. Being an Aquasmart it will not be very old & F&P have had numerous complaints about this model. I would phone F&P and complain loud & long and insist on it being put right by them. If you are here in NZ just tell them the consumer guarantee act means they are liable for the cost because it is still fairly new.

check for blockages and good draining in pumps/hose etc.blocked pressure systems can cause these issues.also check motor/tacho etc
