Mend Peugeot Jetforce 125 Carb Starts

peugeot jetforce 125 carburettor?

l have just installed a carb on my scooter. lt starts nicely but wount over 400 revs. l suspect the ECU is playing with the spark by reducing the current. anyone knows how to overide the ECU in this instance. or whats the best solution??? HELP
