Mend Polaroid UP220-AE-A Power Board No Repair

Polaroid LCD TV?

hi all
i have a Polaroid LCD TV i turned it of and when i went to turn it back on nothing no power light for stand by nothing
the power board numb is UP220-AE-A

there are no blown caps that i can see and the fuse is fine
the main power switch is fine as well
i cant find a replacement board on eBay or the web so was hoping some one had an idea
also no burn marks everything on the board looks fine
