window on drivers side has dropped into door frame?

the window on drivers side has dropped into the door frame. i can only unscrew the bottom half of the interior door and cannot find what is holding the door on the top half of door frame without forcing and probably breaking something.
i need help if possible to open/unscrew top half of interior door to get to window which has somehow come out of window bracket and dropped into the door frame. any help appreciated.
