ive got a yardman rideing lawn mower model number 13at604g401 wont run when you takebattery cabel off an it will not keep charged please help me thanks.

the battery on almost all lawnmowers is charged through the use of the reostate/solenoid. if you test each of these items and the battery still won't charge then I would look into getting the battery checked for a dead cell in it.
