how to fix my car?

I had a comman problem with my punto, where the water just kept leaking out and disappearing, but it was easily fixed.

Where the water pipe goes from engine into the front of the car was worn, so put a new seal on, and this tightened the pipe again and fixed the problem

This happened to me. Went to safari park and on the way round my car overheated. Later found out that 1) the thermostat was missing( had been taken out by previous owner, god knows why)? 2) My fan at front of car was not plugged in. Although I laugh about it now and you might too, I think these are worth checking.

you want to sell it so i can use it too put my punto bk together with the parts from you`rs???? mine was fine it needed a new clucth but now that done it messed my gears up and as it been nothing but problems maybe if i have yr`s all the parts i need would be their for me just wondering if u were considering selling it i need all parts incase it need more as they always get issue`s and ive spent over 600 pound i hav`nt got jus to keep it on the road as i need it for my family i am sure gunna sell it on and consider a more reliable car like a ford

Sounds as if the radiator needs replacing, and also, by driving when low on coolant, you've probably blown the head gasket too.
