Code F8 on model MSS 6.5? Air conditioning unit?

Machine not going only code F8 on both heat and cool
What is tghe trouble this unit is only just over 1 year old.

could be a bad connection in one of the plugs it was a wire on a small 4 pin connecter just pushed out of the plug on mine on the internal unit right hand side looking at it just push it back in and reset
