take out drain plug at front and remove any foreign objects.or remove waste pipe from under sink,and blow clear.

75% of all wmc faults are worn out motor brushes (easy and cheap tp fix) or the outlet pump jammed with stray hair clips and coins (free and easy to fix). Do both.
