Bosch washing machine fault?

with 8 mins remaining it sounds as if it was near spin mode, when it tripped the circuit breaker some component grounded most likely the motor, you really need a meter to find the fault but you may be just lucky in that worn motor brushes arcing extremenly caused the problem, it is worth removing the motor and checking the brushes, if they are down to 1/4 inch they need replacing clean up the comm of the armature with very fine emery paper before fitting, if you have a meter also check the heater element.
