I am sure that some one replied to you but here is another one with more detail.

The Conditional Access system (Nagravision1) has been replaced by Nagravision3. This means that boxes that could get around Nagravision1's encryption will stop working. Eventually all your encrypted channels will go.

There is no fix to this and no prospect of a fix because unlike Nagravision1, Nagravision3 has not been compromised is is unlikely to be in the near future.

In other words you may as well bin your box.
