Mend Volkswagen 03 vw passat Changed Power Pump

03 vw passat 100bhp tdi?

changed power steering pump and fan belt tensioner. On tickover there is some belt vibration when revs settle. If revs icrease vibes go. Mechanics baffled. Could it be problem with alternator pulley (changed diameter?) or maybe faulty fan belt tensioner?

Take it out clean brush and remove any dust on it either buy bluing air on it and last put anew pulley 100% ur problem has been solved.
