Mend Technika 22" Dvd Play Picture

Technika TV 22"?

I have an integrated DVD within the above TV. When I play DVD's the picture seems be lacking the colour red and therefore looks more black and white.

Normal freeview picture is fine. I've tried adjusting all settings - any ideas?
