Mend Reich 3041 Dropped Light Wrong

How can I fix my Reich tap?

The rose part of the tap has dropped off. I cannot see how to re-secure the rose back into the tap as it keeps on falling out when the tap is used. Can anyone shed any light on what I am doing wrong?
