Reich tap knuckle replacement?

How can I remove Knuckle piece from Reich swivel tap. Spout is easily removed from knuckle but knuckle appears fixed to tap body. Spare item is available in both current and older design. Caravan is Swift of 2001 build.

135 degree elbow piece between tap main body and spout. seems fixed even though it swivels.

john when you say knuckle do u mean piece below the spout or the actual head u turn tap on and off with
