Is there a fix?

I have a philips standard tv (sdtv). model #27PT9015D/37. The problem is the top of the screen looks like it is folded over only upsided down and it is a series of lines, about 4 inches at the top of the screen that make up the folded over picture. There is also a small gap at the top of the screen that is dark with no picture. About an inch then the folded over picture starts and goes down about 4 inches. Is there a fix for this problem.The tv is a 2005
