How can I fix my Tevion 32" LCD model 3221TS TV?

Hi, when I switch the TV on the screen flickers very fast like a disco light shimmering, hard too watch, as if something warming up, after about 3 minuets settles down and all OK, been doing this for about a week now, Tevion32" LCD model number 3221TS, thanks for any help.
