Mend Beko WMA 510 W Washing Machine Flashing Spin

Beko WMA 510 W flashing lights?

During a move, the programme knob was knocked off.
I have refitted the dial mechanism and the selector bit inside.
What I have now is permanent 'spin/end' led and flashing 'ready' and 'wash' leds.
There is no response to any button presses.

Any advise? Thanks.
