Mend Scantronic 9448+ Red Light Power

red light is on just below no 6?

my alarm is 9448+ scantronic and red light is on just below no 6, cannot key anything onto keypad and system does not work. Power supply has been checked by electrician. the red light symbol looks like a hammer at an angle with a wavy line below it. We cannot get in touch with installer of system and system is only in about 1 year.
