Mend Baumatic BR15B Set Replaced Ideas

How can I fix my Baumatic BR15B fridge?

Baumatic BR15B fridge does not switch off even when set to no 1 on the thermostat. I have replaced the thermostat and this hasnt cured it any ideas folks

Did you ever get an answer? I've got the same with another Baumatic fridge. Took them 3 months to send a new thermostat that arrived in a battered box so probably also broken>
