how do i put my k reg ford transit double wheel base back togetrher?

hi ,
does any one know how to set up the diff on my transit it was leaking oil and wiening so my clever chappy thought i can do that so i striped it down replaced the bearings etc etc and put back on but it dont feel right there is ecess noise and a vibration but now i relize they need to be set does anyone have any ideas
