or key in engineering code then 15,the zoens that arwe used will be lit,if your zones 5 n 6 are not used then press the 6 n 7 button,this will cut them out of the circuit so the panel wont see them

If these zones are unused then panel has returned to default settings. (Usually a give away is code has returned to default also) panel will need reprogramming from engineer menu to turn off these zones. You will get away with inserting a wired loop in these zone terminals provided the default programming suits you (unlikely) otherwise reprogrammed it!
