Mend Rover 400 Replaced Fuel Pump Car

How can i make my preg rover 400 start?

P reg rover 400. Have replaced fuel pump and fuel relay car still wont start. Have checked all fuses and all relays. Any ideas please? Breakdown assistance told us it was either fuel pump or relay- done everything we can and it still not working!
