1.9cdti unable to start?

I have a vectra estate 2006, 1.9cdti, i have replaced crank sensor, turbo, diesel fuel pump, checked timing, checked injectors, but my car is still unable to start, its blowing black oil out of the turbo unit and filling the street with smoke i dont know what else to change but it will start with easy start ????? Any help please
