Sanyo DP15647 does not power on?

I have a Sanyo DP15647 that has suddenly stopped working. When attempting to power it on, the green light comes on (which makes me think at least one of the two boards is still good) but nothing else happens. I have a multimeter and I've tested all the cables and connectors and they are all good. I'm at least trying to find the point of fault so I can replace it.

If anyone familiar with this model could suggest other things to check I would really appreciate it!
