Mend Transonic No Picture Sound Dvd Player

no picture/sound on Transonic tv?!?

hi, hope anyone can offer some advice. i bought a Transonic tv a couple of months ago (new) and suddenly the channels have stopped working! the channel number still appears in the top corner as normal, however the picture and sound is not there, and it refuses to tune in. could be a coincedence, but it happened just after i used my ps2 on it (the ps2 can still be used through the tv, as well as my dvd player). i've tried switching between the tv and av channels, re-tuning it, and going through all the settings but nothing is working!

any help would be much appreciated....thanks!

Check that a video input say, from a DVD or video works on AV1 or AV2. If so, use the menu key on the TV itself (the remote may not get to this function, depending on model), and go to the TV channel setup function. This *should* be described adequately in the manual. (Well, here's hoping!). Auto-tune to re-setup the TV channels. Hope it works for you!

got same prob
but happned after using all in one remote
acksidently pushed sat but and changed channel, but (guess) entered setup section and changed the chipset, but i carnt guess what regon it should be set to cause its all in transonic code / shorthand.
does anyone know how to get in touch with transonic?
